Over the years I have gained an interest in designing websites, when I was in high school we had a project where we could either make a website or a PowerPoint presentation that would act like a website. I was the only one in my class to take on the challenge of creating a real website – I can remember it clearly, I was using WIX and a template. At that point in time I had no idea how domains worked, how hosting worked.

During university I was once again faced with the challenge of making a website for displaying my portfolio and maybe even a website for my whole course. Needless to say I was very enthusiastic to give it my best shot. We ended up using Cargo, which at the time was a very interesting and unique website builder. Unfortunately I graduated before I was able to finish the website so the project was passed along to the next group of students.

Since graduating I have setup my own business as an independent driving school, as part of that I wanted to make a website to display my passes, my pricing and and other useful resources. I have learned allot, to the point where I have now created and host multiple websites.
